View Web page does not keep its previous size.  I always have to
maximize.

Would like a collapsible server bar.  On All projects tab and in
Server View would like to be able to click on the server bar and
collapse or expand.

I have raised the persisting window sizes as ticket #20 and the
collapsable server bars as ticket #21.

#20 is fairly easy to implement, but I have no idea how to do the
collapsible server bars (especially as I don't want any OS-specific
calls - i.e. no P/Invokes).
