How do I report inappropriate action of blogger.com

I have lost patience now with google and propose to spread the problem to a wider forum as they are unable to deal with polite requests and my blog has been blocked/removed for over three months and despite my following all the processes requested by them nothing has happened. 	yup, i didn't read the fine print and accidentally deleted my blog
	I'm in a similar boat as many others. I wanted to get rid of an account and reopen the blog under another one. I deleted the account without first deleting/transferring over my blog. 	Can't access old blog using new google account system
	So I tried to switch over my blog to the google account. I couldn't remember my password so I entered the URL in the search area provided. SAME problem acessing my account

I'm having the same problem recovering my blog. I can login to my blog from my husband's account and even create a new post, but since I am the owner, I am the only one who can change settings, etc. I have tried to contact blogger support but it has been SOOOO difficult. 	I've searched everywhere and read all I can. I've rebooted the computer, tried on a different computer but I still can't log in or access my Dashboard.
