If he can get America back to the state it was in at the end of Clinton's term then calling it "Clinton's third term" will be just fine.
Clinton had pros in every department of government. Obama seems to be doing exactly the same.

Well I call this a double standard. Obama was arguing McCain will be the same as Bush. A Bush third term. Right. Look. A Clinton third term. The WH turn into a muslim mansion..and a brothel.
