Right on: I don't have any problem with people videoing the cops, but
to claim a quasi official organization exists and it’s all okay
because two unnamed people approved?  Get real.  Sounds like something
the alleged “two wonderful elders” thought up themselves, or something
Twiss thought up so he could say, “See? They have a paid Public
Relations department!  If they can organize a salaried PR Department,
they can certainly appoint a representative to sign a Permit for
them!”  Only lip service was given to not speaking for Rainbow, the
bottom line is a de facto PR Department would be speaking for
Rainbow.  In either case, somebody’s tripping...  It's a pipe dream.

Whoever posted this seems bent on defining rainbow gatherings as
organized events held by a group which is distinct from the public,
rather than freeform peaceable assemblies of the public; the former
being a licensed privilege under the Permit Regulation and the latter
being the enjoyment of the vested “right of the people peaceably to
assemble.”

How much is the “salary” and where is the money coming from?  Magic
Hat perhaps?
