Who?  I don't buy the idea of quasi official sanction by persons

Sounds feudal and clanish.  I have no problem with individuals
organizing to make a digital record of everything everyone in the
government does EVERYWHERE, just because they claim to be public
servants and servants shouldn't harrass their employers or steal the
silverware; but to represent the intrests of "Rainbow" would require a
consensus (the consent of) everyone so represented, otherwise you are
like Nixon with his 'silent majority.'

Mainstream media could not have gotten to Kid Village last year in
time to film anything if the'd been called when the frakus started.
